Of course he has a reasonable chance at Klitschko, especially Wladimar.

If Haye agreed with you, he'd be fighting Wlad this year. And if you buy his excuse for not doing so then I've got a very nice second hand car I'd like to sell you. And even if you do buy that excuse, he hasn't even attempted to think of an excuse for not fighting Vitali. He clearly doesn't think he has a hope of winning against either brother, and thinks he can con his ridiculously loyal nationalistic fanbase into letting him retire without ever fighting a single top 5 Heavyweight, while still calling himself the world Heavyweight champion. Sadly, it seems he has judged his fanbase correctly.

Why not fight in September?

Why don't Haye and Klitschko fight in September? Haye will fight Chageav in the first half of the year and Klitscho will fight Chisora in the first half of the year. They will both be available during the second half and September is one month before Haye's retirement deadline.

Of course he has a reasonable chance at Klitschko, especially Wladimar. If we didn't think that, nobody would be calling for the fight right now. It's an intriguing bout that could potentially be very interesting due to the characteristics of both Klitschko - Haye. Many are quick to eliminate Haye beating either but we wouldn't find the situation we are all in now - Debating about this fight.

Let's not kid ourselves here, Haye has the best chance than any other current HW to beat Klitschko, even if it's a small one - but Haye is being tipped the man to beat these guys, something we haven't heard in years!

If a fight with Klitschko doesn't happen, it would be a travesty for Haye, he could have potentially been undisputed champion of the world. And even if Haye did get beat, at least the man tried, and he wouldn't find himself being ridiculed in a couple of years time for not fighting them.

Haye himself knows he has no chance, otherwise he would have no problem fighting them.

Wlad had agreed to fight Haye on july2nd,and also signed Chisroa for May,but then Haye got all in a tizzy because Wlad was fighting Chisora befor him and pulled out . It was not Wlad who decided againste the july 2nd fight it was the Haye team ,they refused to fight Wlad if he faught Chisora first.

.....Haye taking a what, 9 month vacation after his Ruiz fiht? Haye saying for the last several months that the fight can't happen cuz of the brothers contract with RTL is getting in the way of another imaginary German network being willing to pay more for the fight.

That has been the roadblock that Haye and his manager have been using as an excuse for the last several months yet now no mention of this make believe RTL rival?
