Which fighter is most at fault: Wladimir Klitschko or David Haye?

David Haye, he already got the contract to sign. Everything else was secondary to that fight. Finding a way to eek out of the fight, because Wlad wants a stay busy fight(which IS a normal practice for someone who is going to have a 10 month lay off) is not wanting the fight.
What Wlad got under these contracts is completely reasonable too.

Wlad has a much better chance to pack a stadium -- because he did it three times already, so the fight is more reasonable from money standpoint then to have in England.
Wlad gets to have all sorts of small perks that a champion should get, because he is a recognised #1 heavyweight in the world, Haye is #3.

Haye is a huge **** for fucking around with Wlad in the first place.

However, I think Wlad should've at least tried calling the Chisora fight off just to prove Haye's ducking him.

And I dont understand the whole business with Wlad not being ready after 9 weeks? If he is not, sue him for not delivering on contract. But Wlad has not been cut or even touched in ages, and Chisora, for all his qualities is not the one to change that.
Everything else is secondary, especially since by Haye's logic Wlad will come in under-recovered come the fight night on july 2, so whats bad in that for Haye?

No1) Haye can't legally sign that contract as the WBA state that his mandatory extension only applies if the other party isn't tied into contract. Wlad is now signed to Chisora so Haye can't sign any deal involving Wlad.

Haye has been d1cking everybody around a long time. He acts like he's some kind of saviour of the heavyweight division when he hasn't fought a halfway decent heavyweight since he won the belt. He comes out of negotiations callin gother fighters cowards when he could be getting a contract signed.

This man fought Harrison when he could have fought his mandatory and thus his belt would not be at risk and he could spend from now until July working out Wladimir.

He has only his own pathetic career minded ego to blame for his downfall. The Heavyweight division is not a pyramid scheme where you can talk yoru way to the top.

So, the problem is clear, David Haye just does not want to fight, because in fact he is afraid to be underrecovered for the july 2 showdown, and it is not Wlad's problem, but David Haye's. Oh Gee, what a weakling for a champ we got.
