Universum's Vice-President, Dietmar Poszwa, advised BoxingScene.com that former champion Ruslan Chagaev (27-1, 17KOs) is ready and willing to travel to England to collect his mandatory shot at David Haye's WBA heavyweight title. The sanctioning organization ordered Haye to defend his title against Chagaev at their recent convention.

fcuk chagaev, haye should just fight vitali instead. Im sure the WBC would allow this so whats the problem?

failing that, haye should just wait for wlad for 2nd july and hope he is available and without injury.

wlad has shown he is just as much a ***** as haye, scared to fight haye outside of germany and there must be a german doctor! lol what a fcukin tool.

This would be the best way for Haye to show he legitimately wants to fight Wlad. Because without the WBA trinket, he can forget it. So he might as well fulfill his mandatory and keep basically the only thing that's keeping him on the champ's radar.

Both are divas. But why doesnt Haye just let Wlad fight Chisora, then fight him on July 2nd? That way if Wlad is bluffing, Haye is in a win win sitation, he either, gets the fight with Wlad, or Wlad mysteriously pulls out. Either way he wins, why not call his bluff? Let Klitschko fight Chisora, then fight him in July. Makes perfect sense.

Then IF Wlad does pull out for the July fight for whatever reason, scedule another fight with someone for your last fight before october. I can't understand why Wlad fighting Chisora means Haye won't fight him.

Because haye will have to fight Chagaev before or lose his belt so it wont be a unification against Wlad.
