No, I'm saying that it's an extremely complex matter that doesn't have any one simple answer.

you'd know this if you were an athlete.

example: randy moss has all the muscles he needs for his position in the game. if he puts on more mass, he'll just **** up his game.

the difference is that pac isn't ballooning up 20+ lbs and having to cut all that weight.

So with your theory, body builders should be the fastest guys in the world.

Bulk reduces your bodies efficiency by adding mass and reducing range of motion. One or two weight classes shouldn't affect that much in the speed department if done properly.

Manny has slowed down since his 122/126 days, don't believe me watch those fights again. His power isn't as effective, its good still but he's not the power puncher he was at the lower weights.

Stamina shouldn't be affected at these weights unless they're putting on alot of fat. if a welter goes up to super middle or beyond, yea but a 150 lb guy shouldn't have stamina issues as there is still relatively not much mass.

Well, it's a myth that really muscular guys aren't fast or athletic. They just have no stamina, that's all. And if you bulk up to Marcus Ruhl-like levels then the sheer weight and deformity of your body stops you from doing anything naturally, like walking up stairs and wiping your arse.

You guys that think manny is faster are actually wrong... You all should go look at his older training videos of him shadow boxing when he was in the lighter weights vs the ones when he's fighting at welterweight. He's actually slower... Go look it up on YouTube. The training vids when he use to wear a bandana shadow boxing and his recent shadow boxing.
