I just saw Pacquiao vs DLH and no I am not going to comment about how Pacquiao looked like a Filipino running back beating on what looks like a starving Mexican look alike of DLH. It was a great fight that catapulted Pacquiao's HOF career, that is all I have to say.
But what I found interesting was at the beginning of the fight they showed that Hatton, Margarito, and Mosley was at the fight.
And in the later rounds, I think the 8th round. Lampley was talking to his co-analyst (I forgot the name, the black guy who looks like Cleaveland from family guy) about Pacquiao possibly fighting Margarito and Cleaveland says "No, I do not see that in the future because Pacquiao's camp said he's going back to the 130 lbs range."
It's pretty ironic that 2 years later Pacquiao would have fought and beat the same boxers that were watching that fight, except for Thomas Hearns and Mike Tyson who was at ringside of course... oh yeah Reggie Miller too. Lol.
LMAO......
These trolls and alts are something else....lolComment

I watch that fight alot.. being a Blactard and all.
There was one part of the fight where Pac had DLH against the ropes and he abused him with a 5 punch combo, moved back and had this look on his face like "Shall I keep punching?" moved back and kinda said "Fuck it, yeah".. and kept blasting away.. it was a sight to behold.Comment

There was a few threads in which 99% of the posters thought Tony would slaughter Manny and there would be no way in which Manny could win that fight.Comment

I just rewatch that too last week its pretty amazing people always under estimate Pacquiao. They think Pacquiao was to small for the welterweight. I think Pacquiao was perfect at Welterweight because that his natural weight since his fighting at featherweight division. He use to drained him self 14 to 17 lbs just to make weight.
FYI people don't give Pacquiao a chance to beat Dela Hoya at that time. It was the biggest upset in boxing.
But one thing jumps out of that strip.
I'm starting to think Clottey and Cotto both had rehydration clauses because HBO leaves out the fight night weights in their graphics.
I always thought Cotto looked to damn small in that fight. I can't believe they made him do that.
smfh.. Pac is a ruthless prick.Comment

Actually thats the fight (Margarito) Manny wanted after DLH, but Arum said there is no way in hell they would make that fight.

I was one of them.
Roach said back then Manny would stomp out Margo. You would think some of these cats would know the deal before they spoke (referring to who you quoted)...Comment
