Do you really think Manny would have agreed to 365 day testing? lol It's not custom made rules where you get 8 oz gloves in 6 consecutive fights that require 10 oz, but Manny customizes commission rules and it's ignored by his pacworm fans. And there was not 18 day cut off for Shane or Floyd. If you don't know that by now then you're clearly not smart enough to understand if I were to explain it to you.

I think the reason why people are against OSDT is because Floyd proposed it no other reason. On the other hand if Mayweather declined a drug test he would've been called up by congress to testify on PEDs lol. Until the boxing organizations get together on closing the loop holes guys will continue to use on the low. I think it would be easier for Floyd to juice against Manny than to try to get him to take extra test. If you believe the guy is cheating might as well cheat too and even up the field.

Most doping is done in the off season or in between competition, thus testing year round.
