If you're clean you don't say NO to a 60 mill worth random blood test.

It is a duplicate thread, you made a thread that basically has to do with a subject that there is already a thread about.

Hence why you titled it "Response......" I doubt you're in BPP ignore list. So there is no reason for you to make a "Response" thread. You could have responded in that thread.

So yes is a duplicate thread and should be deleted.
