Just as easily as Mayweather could drop the USADA demands and "make the fight", Pac coud simply comply with the demands, and "make the fight." Both sides are guilty. Personally, I don't think they want to fight each other. Mayweather is very likely waiting for Pac's dramatic, RJ type fall from grace that is coming sooner or later. And Pac and crew are more than content not having to deal with is stylistic nightmare and having the majority believe that its the other guy's fault. Mayweather knows that he's on the decline. So, he's gonna holf off as long as possible because he knows that even if he beats Pac, which I think he would, he'll probably be touched up like never before. Pac's crew knows better than anyone that the Invincible Pacquaio image that they've built is about 95% myth. They also know that Pac has about a 3-4 round window to beat Money before being made to look like an amateur. If Mayweather REALLY wanted the fight, he would run with the 7-14 day cutoff. If Pac REALLY wanted the fight, one of the daily statements that hit the media from one of his flunkies would have already said Pac would agree to the full USADA testing. They're avoiding each other simply because they both have delusional fanbases that will side with them no matter what they do and will continue to shell out major dough to see them fight just about anyone.

Your childish fan-boy perspective is that Mayweather ducked Pacquiao by requesting OST's, but the real point is this.....
1.) Mayweather accepted 50/50
2.) Mayweather accepted the ridiculous 10mil per pound weight penalty
Mayweather would not have accepted EITHER of those demands if he did not want that fight, because Manny could have simply taken the tests..... like Shane did, like anyone else would have, and like Manny apparently will agree to now.
It is a childish fan-boy perspective to assume that the OST request was a duck, because if Mayweather did not really want that fight he simply would not have wasted his time negotiating at all, let alone accepting those two demands.
Grow up kid, is that all you got ?
Fkn grow up kid.
"equal or more in stature" ?
Manny was extremely lucky to be offered 50/50 during that negotiation, his numbers have never matched up with Mayweathers.
Manny got offered 50% vs Mayweather, and you think that the OST request was unreasonable because Manny was "equal or more in stature" ?
Who fkn cares ?
You are whining about nothing.....
* OST's are HARMLESS !!
* OST's will be mandatory within a couple of decades
* OST's are mandatory NOW in ALL top amateur sports
But this is the main point.....
* Currently, if an amateur athlete avoids or obstructs an OST request, they are JUDGED GUILTY, by the sanctioning body, and by the public in general.
I asked you a question earlier, and you never answered.....
Team Pacquiao gave a total of 6 ridiculous excuses why Manny would not sumbit to random blood tests - which is a total fkn joke. Requiring 6 different excuses means that none of them were genuine, they just didn't want to take random blood tests, simple as that......
ShoguNinja, tell me..... which one of those 6 ridiculous excuses did you believe ?
There were no second negotiations, so bull****..... "Packy" never agreed to anything. There has only been one official negotiation, and that negotiation broke down because Pacquiao would not submit to random blood tests.....
http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=27427
The 6 people that publicly stated that Bob Arum was a liar, were correct.....
HERE IS BOB ARUM LYING.....
http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=29293
HERE IS BOB ARUM FORCED TO ADMIT IT.....
http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=29324
You remember the 6 people, belonging to 3 completely different business organisations, each of those people having first-hand information - 4 of whom would be ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL to that fight being made - ALL, categorically stated that..... "there were no official negotiations"!!
Team Mayweather publicly stated that the calls from Greenburg were not part of an official negotiation, maybe next time that Greenburg decides to hold a "negotiation" he may want to inform the fighter, his manager, his promoter, and any other relevant parties
Pacquiao can't even fight in his own division without a catchweight or engineering some advantage over worn fighters, so it doesn't surprise me at all that seemingly simple requests cause fights to fall over.
Pacquiao either ducked Mayweather or he ducked random blood tests, that's for sure. And with Marquez, when first mentioned, Team Pacquiao said fine, lets fight, but it will be at 147..... then when Marquez accepted 147 Team Pacquiao say no wait, you have to prove yourself against BertoThen they insist that $5mil for JMM is unreasonable, but they pay Shane $7mil
LMAO

People see what they want to see.
Take that fan-boy S IP U IR S, for example.
He complains about reading annoying posts that differ from his opinion, but he does not think that he should have to spend his personal time refuting that information. Instead, he finds it easier to make up an "excuse template" to help him avoid having to answer any tricky questions
S IP U IR S, I have taken my position because of a select few dishonest Manny-fans, and because Team Pacquiao tried to setup my boy. I used to like watching Manny, but I am sick and tired of seeing him get credit for dismantling opponents who are not on his level, or who are disadvantaged and not on top of their game.
You keep watching, and keep clapping

It's funny how most of the boxing experts give the edge to Floyd. Buddy Mcgirt has no ties to Team Mayweather but he has to call it how he see's it. The only people that give Manny a shot in this fight are his fans and ofcourse Larry Merchant. I havent heard anybody without ties to wild card gym or top rank come out and say publicly that they think Manny can win. Freakin hilarious to me. I cant wait for this fight cause once Manny looses, his fans can back to what ever it is they do. And leave the boxing websites to the real boxing fans.
