this was last year, do you believe Roach & Team Pac has resolved the issue with counter punchers since then??
    [/QUOTE]

    " resolved the issue " ?

Yes, they have resolved the issue.

Manny has not fought a skilled boxer or counter-puncher since Marquez.

Not to mention Pac doesn't do well against boxers with accuracy, counter punching skill, defense and MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, MOVEMENT!!!!!!!

But IF Pac was taking HGH/PED's, he would just be harder to beat.

The main thing here is that we shouldn't even have to be wondering whether Pac is doping or not. But we live in a ****ed up age of PED's and it's rampant throughout all major sports.

Basically anyone can cheat and get away with it. And wanting a cut-off date makes it much easier to time any PED's cycles they could be using.

What's even more strange is adamantly requesting a cut-off date.

If you ask for a cut-off date then your not agreeing with random OST's, so by that, you could say that Pac NEVER AGREED TO random OST.

Pac never had a problem with taking OST's. The part he had a problem with is the RANDOM part.

There are known cheaters today who got away with it for years before they were finally caught.
So there you are, you agree that Floyd can beat Pacquiao with or without PEDs! Again granted Pacquiao is taking PEDs (which again I don't believe) don't you think the fight would be more exciting if that is the case? Knowing that Floyd can still beat Pacquiao with or without PEDs? That would even cement Floyd's greatness!

who tried to slowly outbox to MOFO's who went into the fight with the
"i'm going to knock you out" mentality. In the end, they all failed.

While Pac on the other hand, has avoided fighters whose style and skill
would pose a problem and not make him look invincible.

If you know anything about boxing, then you can't deny that Pac hasn't
fought the best their is. Or that he's fought the same style of fighter will
        a limited skill set.

        2) Careful what you say because you might be surprised. A lot of *******s
said the same **** regarding Mosley and believed that Floyd dddddddd Mosley because Pac avoided him. Yet he took on Mosley,
who was regarded "The Man at WW" and schooled Shane.
They're both avoidin the other for their own reasons, c'mon there was 40 mil for each fighter, how do you turn your back on that? if they really wanted to fight they would have fought. they both waitin for the other to slip in some way and right now Pacs ahead in the mind games but he's the active fighter so he could be the one to slip up in the ring, then the fight will never happen cause floyd will just dismiss him then, its total BS, they're 2 of the best PFP fighters of all time and we are lucky to have them in the same era at the same time in the same division and are absolutey robbed as boxing fans not to witness them in the same ring, so whats the problem? politics?fear?weight?drug testing?losing that 0,venue?problems outside the ring?promoters? we sure as hell know money aint the issue, so why isnt the fight really happening? they dont want to. CUT THE CRAP AND FIGHT

Freddie is a "Master Tactician" when it comes to game plan and fight preparation and Pacquiao is the "Execution Specialist" that implements that game plan with predatory precision?! Duckweather Jr. will choose prison rather than tasting Pacquiao's wrath in the ring.
Thats why Freddie Roach was quoted saying

" I know Mayweather really well and how to beat him. I just need Pacquiao to see what I see"

"Pacquiao wasn't ready for a fight with Mayweather in March" (before Clottey)

"Mayweather would be our toughest fight"

"You don't go from fighting someone like Cotto to fighting Mayweather"

The last one I find a little funny because if that's the case, they don't EVER intend on fighting Floyd. Pac's last 5 opponents and his next opponent DO NOTHING TO PREPARE PAC FOR FLOYD!

His own f**king trainer obviously has some doubt about his fighter and what he can and can't handle.

You clown, he did sign the fkn contract.

He agreed to 50/50, and that ridiculous 10mil per pound penalty.....
Mayweather was toeing the line..... WHERE THE *** WAS MANNY ?

Oh, that's right..... something about random blood tests.....
            http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=27427

Team Pacquiao gave a total of 6 ridiculous excuses why Manny would not sumbit to random blood tests - which is a total fkn joke. Requiring 6 different excuses means that none of them were genuine, they just didn't want to take random blood tests, simple as that......

ShoguNinja, tell me..... which one of those 6 ridiculous excuses did you believe ?

Pac don't give a **** as long as he's winning and keeps "looking" invincible.

After Mosley and a rematch with Cotto, he'll fight Larry Merchant either at a
              catch-weight or a rehydration limit.

                Damn, bro.

You still just don't get it and I'm tired of trying to explain it to you.

I don't know if your a ******* or not, but your weak arguments and inability to understand the topic at hand sure make you look like one.

Then Floyd adjusted and said no cutoffs. PAC on record said he is willing to compromise to make the fight happen. Floyd again adjusted and went on record to state he is taking a year or two off.

Floyd, great at adjusting to make the fight not happen...
Jeez tryhard, are you still re-writing history ?

Firstly, the OST stipulation was on the table right from the start.

Both Roach and Arum have readily admitted that, and Freddie even verbally agreed, stating that they would agree to random blood testing as long as it was not within a couple of days of the fight.

The very first of Team Pacquiao's 6 excuses actually came from Freddie.....
                  " my guy doesn't like needles ".

                  Secondly, " originally with a 14 day cutoff ".....
Jeez guy, stop making **** up, you clearly have no idea what happened, so why would you lie and make stuff up ?

The original stipulation had no cut-off date.

                  Know why ?

Because there is no such thing as a cut-off date for OST's.

                  A " cut-off date "..... is a Manny'ism

Team Mayweather swayed to a 14 day cut-off after Team Pacquiao insisted upon 30 days. Giving Manny a cut-off was the only way forward so Team Mayweather conceded to 14 days, but that wasn't acceptable to Manny, he demanded a 24-day window, ooops I mean cut-off.

That's the most obvious of ALL.

His refusal to fight skilled boxers with movement who aren't coming of losses.

Some of you say Mayweather invented cherry picking, well Roach/Pac perfected that ****!
