Is an "Olympic-style drug testing" part of pro-boxing licensing requirements for boxer's or is it a stipulation started by Duckweather? Is Duckweather now running the boxing commision and boxing organizations? The point is genius, he is asking the other fighter who is "equal or more in stature" to gave in on all his demands. 4, For the Record Marquez lost to Pacquiao and draw once. - The ones who dictate the stipulations for a fight is the fighter who brings
more money to the table, which is why the stipulations during the first
negotiation all favored Pac. Floyd was fresh off retirement so Pac had the
upper hand.

He chose the ring size, weight/brand of gloves they'd use, even the 50/50
split (to which Floyd agreed which surprised me) etc.
Pac basically chose everything and all Floyd asked for was OST.
He couldn't even let Floyd get that.
Team Pac insists on a 10 million dollar per pound penalty if he comes over
the contracted limit to which Floyd agreed to with no problem.

He just still insisted on the OST and they wouldn't give him that.

Floyd then picked and beat the better opponent who was the #1 WW while
Pac fought Clottey. Not only did Floyd beat the better opponent, he also
****ted on Pac's PPV #'s, which gave Floyd the bargaining power for the
second negotiation. Floyd has sold more PPV's than Pac in every fight so
that alone, gives him the power at the negotiating table.

Arum, Pac, and Roach all knew it too. Which is why the old deal looked
so good to them after the fact.

- Last time Pac got out boxed and looked real "human" was to a skilled
boxer/counter puncher and he hasn't fought one since 2008.
