Yeah, because Martinez would fall out from being drained and
exhausted. Pacquiao has Martinez's belt he vacated. Pac
won it at 151, not 147. Arum already said Martinez is too big
for Pac and they did the industry shake on Sergio and bounced
out the division with his belt. I bet you that once the Mosley/Pac
fight is all said and done, that Pac fights Cotto at 154 for his
title. Pacquiao is a hype media machine.

Floyd hasn't said anything, that's my point! If you want something you go and get it, right? Is that what Floyd is doing? Keep it 100! It's the biggest fight in the sport, one side talks about it and fights on a regular basis. The other is silent! And you telling me the person thats not saying anything or attempting to make the fight happen is the one that wants it?

Pacquiao walked away from the table when all he had to do
was accept random blood tests? What else was Floyd supposed
to do? Manny didn't want to fight. Plain and simple. Not Floyd's
fault now for not saying nothing because again, according to Kahn.
Pac STILL is not mentally ready to take the tests and fight Floyd.
Why should he keep going at Pac when Pac don't want to give
blood?

Great article. You watch Floyd's older fights and listen to his post-fight interviews, the guy had a passion and fire to be the best that very few individuales posses in any competitive field . Now he only cares about money and about his larger than life persona. I think all the true boxing fans miss the old Floyd.

I agree totally. He was way more grounded as a person as well. I remember when he called out Hamed(after the Chavez or Hernandez fight?) and he was just way more respectful back then.

But obviously as the star grew, so did his ego.

Castillo took away Floyd's balls after the first fight.

Before Castillo Floyd was a BADASS who doesnt take **** from anyone and basically runs through his opponents.

Something happened with the Castillo fight which transformed Floyd into a coward.

But really dude you can be in denial for what its worth.

But the whole world considers Floyd a coward. In fact, Floyd is the laughingstock of boxing right now.

And history will consider Floyd an epic waste of talent. You're already seeing the starting signs.

How could Castillo take away Floyd's balls in the first fight
when he gave him an immediate rematch and beat him with
no controversy? Can't say that much for Pacquiao with
Marquez. Pac won't even give Marquez a 3rd fight and
Pac is supposedly better than he was before? Manny is
a hype machine and a fraud.

Pacquiao will be mostly remembered for not convincingly beating
Juan Manuel Marquez, ducking the 3rd fight, refusing a random
blood test and fighting guys coming off loss's, winning titles at
catchweights and fighting 3 of the fighters Floyd beat prior than
Manny when they were winning and better overall. Manny is a joke.
Good fighter but master match maker. Manny is pure entertainment
but not a great fighter because he hasn't tested himself since
2008.

Your funny. Ray Leonard fought catchweights. SRR fought catchweights, Hopkins fought 3 catchweights before, Sergio Martinez just fought a catchweight. Catchweights are common in boxing. Pacquiao had 2 catchweights VS Marg and Cotto. Learn your history homie.
