Cotto and Plasterito were past their best when Pac fought them. And Shaky Shane is WAY PAST HIS "BEST" but Pac still chooses to take gimme fights.

Pac hasn't fought fought a REAL threat since 2008!

If you say, Plasterito, Clottey and Mosley were past their best then I agree. Or let's say, these 3 doesn't deserve as Pac's opposition. No argument.

But saying Cotto past his best, I dont think so. It just so happened, that Pac outbox Cotto.

Cotto now the current WBA jr.middle champ have still the power and can compete well and he proved that by stopping Foreman in ninth round.

Cotto was passed his best. NOW saying that I still picked Cotto to beat Pac. Was only the second time picking against Pac. So in my decision of picking Cotto I knew he wasn't at his best BUT still picked him to win. So that tells a lot. If you want to see how "past it" Cotto is, all one would have to do is see Mayweather come back and call out Cotto (again) and you'll see everyone say how shot he is NOW. Cotto is not the same and I personally think that Margarito cheated in that fight which is why I want to see Cotto vs Margarito II. Cotto vs Mayorga is such a ****ING disgrace.

Did anyone see Mayorga's last fight? I'm a huge boxing fan and while running on a treadmill at a non boxing gym, I watched the fight and had to explain how shyt of a fight that was as everyone was clowning the fact i'm a boxing fan. As if explaining Pac vs Clottey and Margarito and now Mosley is any different. Its just a disgrace.

But Cotto was pac's best win since "beating" JMM II. Its such a shame we get Mosley now. Its such a shame Mayweather is being a dumbass outside the ring.

Cotto was sitting ringside and there was talk that Cotto was suppose to face the Mayweather/Gatti winner but he was smart enough to change his mind after he saw how much of a beast Floyd really was.

AND THAT **** WAS WHEN FLOYD WAS A LIGHTWEIGHT, WHILE COTTO WAS A JR. WELTERWEIGHT!

I assumed you were sitting beside or near to Cotto during that FLOYD-GATTI fight as you able to come up with that story.

I told you all.

Floyd is an utter waste of talent.

He has the tools yet Castillo took away his balls.

This boxer will go down in history as a duck with great talent.

Nothing more. Nothing less.

It appears that in a historical perspective, Floyd's entire legend hinges on the one fight he does not want.
If he defeats Manny, he shoots back up the ladder in an instant.
But he does not enjoy the sport any longer and has been running on the fumes of his gifts for years. Mayweather may not request Pacman until his cash flow is defeated and his legal woes are put to rest, which would probably occur at the same time.
Should he fight again, Manny would be his last contest.
He will not go through another training camp for less then 40 million.

As a compulsive manipulator who is blinded by his bloated ego, my bet is that the fight happens, due only to fiscal and personal hauntings, at the end of 2011.
He recognizes that Pacquiao has the mental edge and always will. The pound for pound king simply loves to engage an opponent. This equates to a loss that Floyd will avoid until greenbacks and history force the issue, possibly thinking that even prison is a better life option then losing a prize fight. He seems THAT unrealistic regarding the real world.
Regarding his over all position as an all time great, as of this writing I cannot make a case for placing him in the top twenty five. Manny is already a top ten pugilist based on pure intrinsic gifts, newly learned talents and vivid persona.

you know deep down pac loses that fight your constant nagging doesnt make manroid the drug- refusal- test -king make him winner by default............Pac doesnt win that fight period.

too bad deep down feelings don't count for ish... The deeper the feeling the harder the ache. If this fight happens he could be in for more pain.
