Fat Marley? GTFO. This guy is horrible. Hopkins doesn't deserve to get praised? He's 45 years old and he fought the young champion, Pascal had so much hype around him(even though I think he's a bum), people said he would be the next Roy Jones Jr. Hopkins destroyed him. Hopkins isn't in there fighting George Foreman. He destroyed a young, hungry champion. Hopkins WAS the damn UNDERDOG in the fight.

Pacquiao is considered the best p4p fighter in the sport and he's fighting a 40 year old man coming off a draw and a lost.

Roy Jones dominated the light heavyweight division and beat a top fleight heavyweight. And most of the years he spent doing that, he could have easily fought as a supermiddleweight and maybe a middleweight. I don't ever recall his ass being kissed the way Pac's is for fighting bigger guys. Hell, he was actually criticized, much the way Mayweather is now, towards the end if his reign as P4P King for not fighting the best competition. Pac isn't doing anything RJ didn't, and he's not nearly as dominate. So your stance really doesn't hold much water.

Simple, RJ kept fighting and his losses diminished his achievements. Look at Lennox, he retired on top. That's what people will remember him as ON TOP when he left the game.... Roy Jones Jr didn't so his losses taint his successes. It may not be fair but life isn't always fair.

On a side note about the article, to the author, why the pass for Hopkins and not for Marquez? Hops gets KD early in the fight and goes on to win every single round after. You say he should have won and was cheated. What about PAc/JMM 1 and 2? Same exact circumstances you Manny nuthugger. How come you dont put that in your article?

because he refused the drug tests. thats why I think pac is on "da shyt". I know hopkins would take that test in a heart beat for 40 million. It ain't no double standard, pac made himself look like a dammn cheat.

hell ill go even deeper for you, 150% of the people who post on this site defending pacs decision to not take the test, would actually take the random test for $5000.00 with no cut off dates

This is not even remotely close .. Hopkins is not KOing his opponents and has the same steady work rate that he has always had.. Pac on the other hand has moved up in wight and has been able to increase his work rate as well as his power, which has never been done in boxing ever!!!
