With Floyd Sr., it is definitely jealousy and maybe a little racism too. Filipino's are not a very tall race so the midget comments by Floyd Sr. could be construed as racist. But I believe it's jealousy more than anything. First, he has no problem 'training' (and I use that word lightly) Ricky Hatton but then after Pacman blasted him out of there, not only did Floyd Sr. not accompany his fallen fighter to the dressing room (like the scumbag he is), he then makes up the whole 'PEDs' fiasco. What Floyd Sr. needs to understand is that Pacquiao has become a complete fighter now by working hard and learning the trade from Roach. And now that Floyd Jr is in deep **** all Floyd Sr. can do is spew more nonsense. Why anyone cares what this crackhead, former drug dealing scumbag thinks is beyond me. He reminds me of Shaq where Shaq would accept all the appraise when he won but never the responsibility for losing. Floyd Sr. is a loser, plain and simple and needs to accept the fact that naturally gifted athletes can become better fighters when they have a great trainer (which Floyd Sr. is not)...

Now thats a good job of being objective and looking from all angles. Not just getting all butt hurt like most posting right now. They get butt hurt because they are sheep......wanna be the one "whos in the know". Kind of like people who love a certain band, but the moment they get popular they then despise them and say EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT. I for one thought it was cool to see Manny move up, but once he refused the testing (You gotta admit it was pretty odd, a top flight fighter in the PED era refusing testing)....

Not saying he's on EPO or any other PED, but it has tarnished the wow factor a bunch.

Honestly, I think it's a legitimate question. Hopkins performance versus Pascal is one of my favourite performances ever - but a nearly 46 year old doing that does make you wonder, especially in light of all the Pacquaio accusations. I know which I find more su****ious.

Forget that it's a Marley article and ask yourself how su****ious it is compared to Pacquaio.

1. Bernard fought at Middleweight and then went straight to Light Heavy and didnt carry his power up with him. Pacquiao went from 106 to 147 and is still wobbling guys twice his natural size. Bernard never really had Pascal hurt he just outboxed him because he executed his gameplan perfectly and listened to his trainer. So I dont understand how you can even compare the accusations of PEDS from Pac to BHop.

And about Hopkins cherry picking lol what a load of crap he went in there and fought Pascal who had just dethroned Dawson in his previous fight. Hopkins is 45 years old and hes fighting fresh champs. Pacquiao is 32 and hes fighting past prime fighters you tell me whos taking the harder comp. You also talked about him not fighting Andre Ward or Lucian Bute? If I remember correctly those are Super Middleweights not Light Heavyweights and Ward is obligated to the Super Six while Bute is obligated to fighting bums. I dont understand where they stated they wanted to jump to 175 anytime soon so that is the ******est comparison you could use. Seriously boxingscene needs to cut loose some of these wack ass biased reporters.

Hopkins never had power, all his stoppages were of an accumulation of blows. The stoppage of Oscar may have been legit bc Oscar was moving up in weight and it was a clean body shot, but I've always been suspect of that (ie Oscar may have took a fall). In any case, I feel bad for you people that can't appreciate Pac for the beast that he is.

I know what your saying, but a lot of heat came his way once the talk and camparisons of Floyd really got taken to a whole new level. Then you had the folks on Floyds bandwagon start be more agressive, and dismiss a lot of Pac was doing and had done. Ive said it all along, Manny fought over testing over principle IMO. He and Roach really dont like Floyd one bit, and to give him any type of leverage would show weakness. Then again....just what I think.

Still though, i was referring in general to most of the posters on here, as opposed to what fighter is justified. It seems that 95% of posters on here, all they do is whine, name call, and complain. Now given im new compared to a lot, this is what ive seen so far.

On a side note about the article, to the author, why the pass for Hopkins and not for Marquez? Hops gets KD early in the fight and goes on to win every single round after. You say he should have won and was cheated. What about PAc/JMM 1 and 2? Same exact circumstances you Manny nuthugger. How come you dont put that in your article?
