Do you give Haye a reasonable shot at beating Wlad?

It's slim but he's probably still the one with the best chances as Haye combines speed (faster than Chambers) with power (hits as hard or harder than peter) who nobody of Wlad's previous opponents did. In fact, I believe Haye's the most dangeros H2H opponent Wlad would have ever faced considering his best wins are prime Byrd, Chambers and Chagaev. Neither of whom could **** but Haye can and it's definitely enough to crack that chin.
But to be honest I don't think he will connect to Wladimir's chin. There's no way he can dodge the jab consistantly without eating a right hand or left hook occasionally. Mind you, Haye was KDed by former SMWs and CWs who don't hit half as hard as Wlad.
I voted for 25% because there's no 10% option in the poll.Comment

Haye will not attack Wlad as you claim. No, not really. Everything is going against him, his workrate is low, and so is his resistance. He also does not seem to be a very physically strong fighter. Now, as I see it, the fight will look somewhat like Abraham-Froch, but much shorter and more brutal. Haye will attempt a couple of sharp attacks, get knocked in between the teeth a few and will try to hang out on the outer line of offense where he will be bothered more by jabs rather then rights or hooks.
He will try that for a few rounds before realizing that he just does not have it, and will quit mentally where he will be fresh for the taking by Klitschko. I see him either get dropped after an unsuccesful attacks and roll back maneuvre, or Wlad just hiding a big right hand in when Haye attacks over Wlad's pawing left.
He will use the same gameplan he did against Valuev and let it all hang out in the 12th round.
If he sees an open to counter early on, of course he'll take it, but he will not initiate an attack.Comment

He will, right away, maybe in the first 2 minutes he will have a solid attack. Haye had no real plan against Valuev, it was just hang on tight around the corners and hope he does not catch you affair. More of a hunch than a plan. This **** won't fly against Wlad, and Haye knows it. He also believes in the "one shot" theory that everyone throws around although it is more of a hope then a theory. So, he will attack Wlad, he will learn how to deal with a pawing jab, because it seems its all he likes to learn, and he will attack Wlad. It ain't gonna work though.Comment

The first time Haye tries reaching (cause that's what he does is reach) in with a right hand he is gonna get nailed by that half hook that Wlad and Vitali throw with their left hand.
He's gonna see that saying it and doing it are completely different items.Comment

I think Wlad will be shooting for that double jab he throws that snaps the head back and makes his opponent lose their aim. Wlad usually gets very good with his left hook up at around 3-4 rounds, when he figures out how the opponent moves in and out. Austin was more of an exception to the general practice, but Wlad's arsenal expands as the fight progresses and so does his workrate, at least lately.Comment

It's been awhile since Wlad fought someone who kept his hands at his sides and was so lazy bringing them back after throwing. Watching the Harrison fight it's funny how Haye is almost completely squared up like an amateur when he pushes his right hands out.
If Wlad doesn't open it up until the 3rd or 4th it will only be because he wants to enjoy torturing his prey.Comment
