    The most jaw-dropping training techniques used by fighters..

    Share some with us.
    I heard that Kofi Jantuah runs a looooooong distance. I'm not exactly sure, but it was said during his fight with Ouma.

    I also heard about Mayweather and his sparring.

    I don't know too many, but for those of you who do, care to share?

    I think they said Kofi ran 27 miles.

                  I suppose Jirov's upbringing.

                  His trainer took him out on a canoe knowing he could'nt swim....and pitched him overboard. His mother sicked German shepards on him when he was 11 years old, to make him tough.

                  I would say it worked.

                  Oh. And when he was 15.....he went to a bar in Moscow and picked fights with a bunch of drunk guys. I heard he paralyzed one of them.
