    Interesting...

Im sure Foreman did something insane, like chop down RedWood Forests by punching em barehanded and eat em, or carry em off

Also, a lot of Japanese guys starting out will shake a tree to make leaves fall from it, then catch as many leaves as they can with one hand, to help form their jab, and hand speed, and accuracy.

Doing situps while having someone stand on your stomach, or hit you with a heavy mallet would also be tough, and is done in Japan.

Also, catching tennis balls as someone throws them a distance from your sides (making you jump left and right to catch them) is a technique used in Japan.

And there's running laps on your back. Well, where your back is facing the ground and you're on your hands and feet running. Very tough. In Japan, of course.

      Underwater squats are very tiring.

Also, some boxers needing to make weight won't shower during training so the water doesn't get in their pores. I'd hate to be around anybody during such a state.
