But, lets look at it the other way and not just blame Arum but blame other promoters.

How is it that Arum is building these starts without the help of no other promoter? yet all these promoters are trying to get a hand out? How come these promoters can't build stars?

Instead of waiting for HBO dates, or wishing that Arum would do business with you. Be an F'ing promoter and start building your own star fighter. They're trying to piggyback of Arum. Sometimes Arum gets hate that he deserves but sometimes he gets unnecessary hate just cuz he is Arum.

In this case Arum is doing his job, and he is doing it well. I blame Pac more than anything cuz he is suppose to be fighting for the fans.

Arum is a snake, I would'nt be surprised if he has dirt on Manny. Maybe that's why Manny does what he says, even when Bob says it's up2 Manny who he fights, he still only fights who Bob says fight.
