No, I'm saying after the fight the media made it to be the best thing since sliced bread....
Yes, now it's owner! I mean over...

That is because of what was said going into the fight...

And, Pac was already a star before that fight...You went left, when you should of went right. Go back a couple post and see what I said about promoters doing their job. You got lost somewhere...

Why do you think Oscar picked Pac?

I don't get why people bring up JMM for, cuz he gave Pac hell a few years 10lb south? Pac carried the weight at the higher weight-class better than JMM did. JMM is a small LW that is why he gets rocked back, bullied, and drop by LW's. LW is his limit anything higher he is ineffective. Don't mention him at 140 or higher cuz he gets KTFO by Pac. Is useless, that ship has sailed. The only way a Pac-JMM fight is OK is if it is at 135, or maybe at a catch-weight of 138 but that might be pushing. Nothing higher than that.

And, Pac can compete at any weight-class he wants. I don't care if it is 140, 147, 154 as long as whatever weight-class he picks he fights the best available contender.

Debating about whether JMM is a viable contender at 140lbs it pointless, you can claim size and weight all you want and I can claim skill and technique till we're blue in the face... But for the record, JMM gives Manny more trouble at 140lbs than Mosley or Berto at 147lbs. Case closed.

just to add to your last sentence...as long as he fights the best available, AT THEIR BEST...which hasn't exactly been the case for a long time.

No, he does not, he is older now, he lost a step, he gets hit more now, and he would be way too small for the weight-class. If Katsidis could touch him up what do you think Pac would do to him at 140? If Diaz could back him and bully him what do you think Pac would do to an older slower JMM at 140? He gets KTFO at 140. Now at 135 could be different cuz JMM would be a weight-class that is better suited for him and who knows how Pac would be at that weight-class.

Your last line added nothing to what my last line said. So it wasn't even worth mentioning it.

how do you know? pacquiao fights nothing like katsidis if manny was to fight that type of fight against marquez he will get knocked out, didn't you think the pac-margo fight was supposed to be competetive because of margos size?a skillesss fighter has a chance against manny because he is big where as the most skilled boxer in the game has no chance for whatever reason

Did I? Or did I say it could be entertaining cuz of styles? That is 2 different things. Floyd-Gatti=entertaining, Floyd-Gatti does not = competitive.

When did I ever say Marg had a chance against Pac? I said it was a BS fight could be entertaining and who knows maybe FOTY candidate maybe ala Soto-Antillon.

At this stage of both careers at 140 they're just worlds apart. It will not be competitive and it will be a BS fight. I gave Pac a pass for his 2010 year cuz of his strong 08 and 09 campaign. However, he can't have 2 years in a row like this. After Mosley JMM III could very well be taking place at 140 or above. And, y'all dumb mofos could be happy when that garbage fight takes place at 140 or above.

If Pac fights at 147 give me Berto

If Pac fights at 135 give me Bradley

Those are the only 2 options everything else is a waste time.

The only way a JMM fight is acceptable is if it is at 135 but since that will never happen is time move on.

No need to go back dude, I know whats going on.
I'm not even talking pre fight, I'm taking post fight media hype. Manny was a star only to pinoys and hardcore fans, he was not a mainstream star till after Oscar.

As far as promoters doing their jobs, I agree...
But it's kinda hard to compete when Bob got the hot ticket, but won't see if he can beat a non Top Rank hot ticket.

Boxing is all about what's popping NOW, but if you hoard or protect your guy from being beat then that makes it even harder.
Boxing has a lot of stars, but the media hype is on Manny. And Bob plans to keep it that way for as long as he can.

If the fight happens i'm not going to waste my money on anymore fights that dont make sense. Justin t.v. if it happens? I'd rather just say or pac not to fight anymore until a better opponent comes up.. this fight is going to be another punching bag for pacquiao
