is that they're not Top Rank stablemates. Arum is making a mockery of the sport keeping his prized possession to himself. He's pissing on every single boxing fan in the world, every boxer, every promoter, and pretty much saying a nice big **** YOU to us all.

I think Manny stays quiet as long as the millions come in. and they're POURING in. I certainly can't blame him for that.

Arum will simply not do business unless it's with himself. Mosley left GBP, and suddenly he's Manny's next fight. If JMM leaves GBP, I wouldn't be surprised if the contract was made the day after he did so.

Arum is flexing his muscles. nothing more, nothing less. Manny shuts his mouth and collects double digit millions...fight after fight after fight.

As for Mosley, he needs to have another good performance to prove he still has some gas in the tank before being put in with a killer like Pacquiao. He got schooled by Mayweather before that lacklustre fight with Mora and now moves onto Pacquiao? what sense does that make?!

Berto is a decent option for Pacquiao to take. It gives him an opponent that is fresh and hungry and I don't doubt Pacquiao would beat Berto, but its a fighter who isn't somebody's "leftovers" and adds the WBC strap to his collection. I honestly can't believe its been 2 years of will it/wont it with regards to Mayweather v Pacquiao...the fight will be such an anti-climax now if it does happen.

I thought Don King was bad for boxing hell he looks legit compared to Bob Arum. why in the world would he expect anyone to pay for this crap? If Pac-Man doesn't fight a decent challenger then why fight at all? Shane Mosley is done period he is not a top ten fighter anywhere who wants to see Shane fight anyone? Bottom line is Top Rank is ruining the Boxing world one fight at a time Bob is old and he wants to grab all the money he can but hey Bob you can't take it with you unless your going to fill your pockets full of cash when they lay you to rest six feet under. If the live threat that fought Mora steps into the ring with Pac(which will be the case)..he is NO live threat!..
and Top Rank never down played that fight when May/Mosley was made..they said Shane was a threat to his record and has a shot at winning..so I dont know what youre talking about on that point...
simply put if Mosley would have had different performances in his last fights, instead of looking lack-luster..Pac would not be fighting him now..

also do you even know who Sergio Mora is? you might write off fighters like nothing but I don't, they ALL get up to train at least a little bit and put in the work. Sergio Mora is a good fighter, he boxed Vernon Forrest's(R.I.P) socks off and even though he lost to Vernon in the rematch beating Vernon was something Shane couldn't do, Mora is a nightmare style wise for Mosley because he's a slick Boxer type built to last rounds, he's much bigger than Shane naturally and Shane had to pack on more weight for that fight, Mora has a decent jab among many other good features

Sergio Mora is not a bum and bottom line is Shane didn't lose that fight, he took a stay busy fight against a tough fighter and got a draw, he didn't even have to face Sergio Mora he could have fought a journeyman but he chose to fight a fresh and game fighter who came to win, people don't see that. there is absolutely ZERO shame in Shane's last fight and the fight before because taking body shots from Floyd will make you think twice about releasing your hands and fighting a guy who can absorb the power of a Middleweight, who is bigger naturally by at least 20-25lbs and has a full tank all 12 rounds and who also got a decision over the man who rocked the **** out of Shane, there are valid reasons for those outing but what about before when he KO'ed Margarito? KO'ed Mayorga(Mosley was a Middleweight!)? KO'ed Vargas? Shane been a live dog for some time now and that dog still has a fight left in him, y'all seriously better not sleep on Shane Mosley, Margarito took him lightly when he faced him and look what happened, Floyd took him serious and still got his melon rocked, Shane is not a walk in the park for nobody, he wasn't for Floyd, he wasn't for Mora and he wont be for Manny neither

this "revolt" just makes the fight more interesting... the more people talk, the more people become curious... same reaction from the "hardcore" fans before the margarito fight, but we all now how that ended in terms of live gate and PPV... fight will go on, and those who choose to watch, will be in for another entertaining fight... Yahoo Sports' Kevin Lole says this fight is "Pure Garbage".. but i bet he will cover this fight from ringside and will do a round by round update... talk is cheap, but the live gate and PPV numbers won't lie that this garbage of a fight will sell....
