They'll hype it by showing Shane beating the same opponents as Pac.

De La Hoya, Margarito, and keep replaying the second round almost K.O of Mayweather who's "scared" to fight Manny.

Showing a "good" fight with Cotto.

They'll have clips of Hopkins a future hall of famer saying Pac hasn't fought an African American.

They'll have Mosely as a future hall of Fame African American champion as Pac's first fight.

They'll show how great of a trainer Naz is.

And of course Manny and Shane will be fawning over how great each other is in promotion and they're great "friends".

Weren't the public already revolted by even the mention of this fight? I think so. And now it's happened, makes it all the sicker. I respect Pacquiao as a fighter, but this fight has nothing to offer for boxing fans. Everybody has already seen Mosley is a shell of his former self, just look at the Mora fight.

Boxingscene looked the same way six months out from the Margarito fight.

            **** changed after a few 24/7 episodes.

Even Heavy D aka Dan Rafeal has been non-stop going at the neck of Bob and Pac. Top Rank will soon find out that this fight is a joke and a bad idea.
since when is fighting Shane Mosley a bad thing? people need to stop with their shit man seriously, Shane is still Shane, he's still a live threat and a full fight, people need to back off Manny Pacquiao. you guys KNOW if Manny did something questionable I'd be first in line to say it but what is he doing wrong here? this fight means nothing because others around him have downplayed Shane in the past? all I ever hear is "Roach and Arum said he was shot", who gives a fuck what those two geezers say?

It's Manny who is in the fight, it's Manny who's getting punched so what they say means absolutely nothing, in fact I'm sure they just said that because they knew Shane was fighting Floyd and they wanted to down play that fight to make Floyd look bad, just like how according to Arum Floyd is "The greatest Boxer ever" while he's bringing some dollars in to Top Rank but once he leaves it's Manny who "is the greatest", all of those guys are full of shit and Manny doesn't deserve this back lash, he is going to have a fight on his hands come fight night with Shane

                    if pac fights berto,
people will say berto fought only bums, wasnt ready for pac.

                    if pac fought marquez,
they would say marquez lost because of the weight, age.

                    if he fights mosley
,hes fightin a guy tht lost and drew his last 2 fights, looked bad vs a style he doesnt deal well with, looks older and not so good anymore.

if he fights any light welter,
theyle say he fought a nobody who never beat any good welterweight, and the light welter wasnt as good at welterweight.

                    if he fights williams
they say he just got knocked out and ruined,he was beatin up on sloppy seconds.

                    if he fights alverez
they say hes just a kid with no experience who is slow.

                    if he fights martinez,
it would need to be another "light middleweight catchweight" if he wins, they will say pac drained martinez, tht guy was a more natural middleweight.

if he fights anyone else, the fight isnt big, doesnt sell aswell.

pac cant fight anyone without getting hate. its floyd fault pac isnt able to fight floyd.

at the moment the only fight that could get made money wise for contract talks and weight wise was mosley.

its a better fight than what people think.

dont judge a guy on 2 fights and ignore the rest of his career.

pac is not slick like floyd or mora is,although his movement will still cause shane problems.

be lucky pac is still fighting, and on a regular basis.

No it won't. It won't hit a million. Don't be surprised to see Clotteyesque numbers. People are severely overestimating Shane's ability to draw.
