Never judge punching power by KO ratio. I believe My favorite fighter of all time Marvin Hagler had a better KO ratio then Hearns. But Hearns hit harder then Hagler.

I didnt even vote for Pac or Raf, I just put in the K.out ratio and said, by numbers, it goes to Raf. Nobody can really tell, thats why i put the ratios, i didnt know who was a harder puncher.

If you punch as hard as the guy in your avatar, you should be fighting professionally. Just try to be accurate, though.
