I have that fight. Jeez. It's not very good movie quality but Rakiat looked like he got hit with an anvil. I never even saw the punch land...he just slid on his ass to the corner. Then the second knock down was what caused the hospital trip.

He dropped him twice and was well on his way to knocking him the **** out when his cornermen got in the ring. Jones hit him with a big right hand and that **** was all over. Barerra isn't impossible to take out ya know.

Pacquiao dominated Barerra like no other in that fight...but he didn't brutally KO him or anything. He dropped him a couple times and his corner just saw enough. There wasn't 1 punch that was more devastating then the rest.

I loved it when Pac beat Barerra because Pac deserved it.

you know why because pacman didnt wanna hurt marco, even freddie said manny stop treating him like he is your friend. Manny has gotten soft he needs to throw punches wit aggressive intent.

side note: Don't think bout weight classes though.
The numbers are Rafael has 34 wins with 30 k.os.(3 losses)
Pacquiao has 39 wins with 31 K.Os.(3 losses) By numbers, Rafael would have the advantage.

Marquez has also KOed all of the top guys in his division that hes faced (Johnson, Ruiz, Austin, Pastrana). Pacquiaos managed to KO Barerra and Ledwaba, but that's about it.

Never judge punching power by KO ratio. I believe My favorite fighter of all time Marvin Hagler had a better KO ratio then Hearns. But Hearns hit harder then Hagler.
