Who Hits Harder: Pacman or Rafael Marquez?

Eh...Junior Jones and Kennedy McKinney both know something about dropping Barerra and Jones knows something about knocking him out.

Pacquiao is a devastating overall puncher, but he hasn't shown me lately that he can change the fight with 1 punch. I know Morales can take a hit from the kitchen sink, JMM has a very good chin too, but these guys both took Pacquiaos best shot and kept coming. The top guys in Raf Marquez' division haven't really been able to take his punch.

KO's over Tim Austin, Too Sharp Johnson, Ruiz and Pastrana are all impressive KO wins. Austin and Too Sharp are both future HOF guys and were extremely tough opponents. He hits like a truck and that's what makes him so amazing. With him it's kill or be killed. I think his power is a bit better than PAcquiao's and Corrales' for his weight.

sure, Jones dropped Barrera but he couldn't stop him. Pacman did.

Cmon man! You crazy. You gonna compare Marquez' KO ratings at bantamweight where HE BEEN foreva his carreer gainst Pac's KO ratings at 130lbs, FIRST FIGHT gainst Morales. That's idiotic. Give Pacman 4 fights at 130lbs, and you'll see Pac will win em all EARLY round KOes.



Marquez look like he can carry his power at super, even featherweight. What bugs me is why ta **** he aint movin up. Super and feather is where ta competition and money is at.

The fact that Pac is 2 weight classes above Marquez alone is strong evidence suggesting Pac probably hits harder.

Add that to the fact that Pac actually has KO power in his division (unlike, say, JMM) and there's no doubt that Pac hits harder. If Rafael moves up, there's nothing saying he won't hit as hard or harder than Pac. If he even hits as hard, that'd be saying a lot.

Im not gonna vote on either guy,P4P i think Marquez has a slight edge.Pac's left hand is the only one with real power and thats is if he throws his whole body into it.Marquez has more power over all in both hands and he throws his punhes correctly.He doesnt have to run at you to hurt you.Most definitly though when Pac lands the left like he likes to he does more damage.

Wanna know how many fightas he KOed wit a right cross? Alot. Recent one that stands out in ma recollection is Rakitagym who he eventually sent to ta emergency room to get help. YEP he Koed his ass wit a right cross. And jest watch his fight gainst Barrera. He hurt Barrera plenty times wit right crosses. Even Morales tasted them right hooks.

I do agree Pacman does have power in his right hand, 12th round of the morales fight those manila ice right hooks shook morales.

Pacman has devastating power but only when they LAND! he is fighting guys now that are better boxers.

Pacman has the potential to be a greath body puncher look at the first round of the morales fight he should have kept at it in round two!


Pacman is a very one dimensional fighter I believe if he used more strategy and smarts in the ring he can be great, but pacman is sorta like tito they get confused easy and dont know how to find solutions.

Pacman is like Kostya except kostya uses his right hand straight.

Most one punch power guys are one handed fighters, like tommy hearns, straight right, kostyas straight right, manny pacquiaos straight left, titos left hook.

But their are exceptions I think rafa is one of them he has kos from both hands, and so does Tyson.
