IDK about Morales making statements, but I know Barrera made a comment about Pac's urine test that Pac must be on "something" to have such a dark urine sample.
This was in 2003, before they first fought.

Pac uses EPO Steroids, which cannot be detected with urine tests.
EPO can only be traced with blood tests, within 44 hrs of use.

And Marquez drank Pac's urine before he had the chance to check it for steroids.

I'm talking about the ridiculous retake

There's no shortage of conspiracy theories gaining acceptance here,
and this is one I happen to endorse. It was RATHER convenient for
NSAC's contractor to lose Pac's test results, and yes, I am pointing
to collusion between Morales' camp and the contractor.

It's no different from *****s claiming collusion between TR and NSAC
when the latter ran a yay-or-nay on Tygart's pitch, except there's
actual smoke to my cries of fire: a blood-redraw so close to the fight.

        Have a nice day.

Where did I claim that it was in the article?

Morales also questioned Manny's refusal to take Floyd's tests,
in a much less charitable tone. Like many, he seems to take
the refusal as basis to begin suspecting abuse. As already
            pointed out
, Morales successfully imposed blood testing on
Pacquiao (who came out clean, but claimed that losing blood
so close to fight night had weakened him).

"As already pointed out" was put in PRECISELY because I was
referring to a claim made on another thread which I had good
reason to think the TS would have been familiar with.

References, like that link, are often placed at the end of casual
content, but do not necessarily apply to the whole content.
If I had known proper footnoting was required here, I'd have
done it, but none of you critics bother to do that yourselves,
            do you?

            Have a nice day.

There never was a lawsuit. Pacquiao did not even have a case. It was just a publicity stunt meant to make people think that Pacquaio is clean.

                  Anything to discredit Morales.

Are you really that emotionally attached to Pacquiao?

Even if he did. It is just a blood test. No one asked Pacquiao to donate blood.

That thought of possible collusion still lingers in mind up to this day. They wanted... I mean demanded.. blood test right before the fight.
