In any case, I think the original thread-question has been answered.
It shouldn't have been necessary to ask it, since Erik's interview on
the matter could have easily been Googled, and the fucking thing's
    right here on BoxingScene...

Morales took the test as well. Neither one of them looked weak at all in the fight. The blood test excuse in meant to the same as the gloves excuse. In other words. It is mean to discredit Morales and preserve Pacquiao's popularity.

Show me the link... if you can I will give you green.
No intention to discredit Morales dude. He is one of my fav.

Former WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto said Tuesday that Manny Pacquiao’s refusal to undergo Olympic-style random blood-testing for a potential March 13 fight versus Floyd Mayweather, Jr...

Morales also questioned Manny's refusal to take Floyd's tests,
in a much less charitable tone. Like many, he seems to take
the refusal as basis to begin suspecting abuse. As already
pointed out, Morales successfully imposed blood testing on
              Pacquiao (who came out clean,
              but claimed that losing blood
so close to fight night had weakened him).

Hatton has stated he regrets not having forced Pacquiao to
take more stringent drug testing for their fight, and says that
until Pac agrees to Floyd-style testing "...he could be on what
Floyd is accusing him of, or it could be that he is just a great
fighter who has improved. We will never know.”

Barrera called attention to Pacquiao's abnormally-dark urine
during the standard tests in their fight, but seems to accept
the negative (clean) test result. He acknowledges that more
stringent testing (as with the Olympics) would make it nearly
impossible to dope in the sport of boxing.

Marquez demanded a sample of Pacquiao's urine.

              h.
Morales successfully imposed drug tests? You my friend, are dumb as ****.

It wasn't Morales. It was the NSAC. Just correct the man, you don't have to be an asshole about it.

Please. Show me where the writer says Morales imposed drug testing. Yeah good luck with that. And then to say Manny passed the test, like passing a test for syphillis proves something. He pretty much invented those ideas on his own and quite frankly, either has his head too far up Manny's ass or is dumb as ****. And yeah, I'd say it again.

After their 3rd fight, Morales and his wife visited the Philippines and even attended Pacman' Birthday.

                      Morales never said anything about drug use of Pacman;

Only those Pacman heaters who continually claimed that Pacman is on drugs, but, they never elevated the case to government authorities governing illegal drug use in Professional Boxing.
