Why do you insist on lying? Manny has never agreed to full testing.

Pacquiao has agreed on blood testing

http://www.*************.com/headlin...m-blood-tests/

Manny Pacquiao has agreed to random blood testing, setting the stage for the all-time “Super Bowl of Boxing” to be made for later this year. But wait a minute, Floyd Mayweather, who may say he’s in the check-cashing business, hinted that a world tour against a series of handpicks may be the safer, smarter business decision for him to take.

Here are Pacquiao’s quotes which were made in the Philippines:

“I’m not opposed to the drug tests just as long as it’s not on the day of the fight. It’s not good (to have the tests on) the day of the fight because they have medical procedures right after the fight.
And because it will be a disadvantage for me because he’s big and I’m small. And I may not be able to recover (from the tests).”

“We can fight. Afterall, we are not scared.”

“I still have to talk to my mother, because my mother does not want me to fight anymore. We still have to talk.”

“I am willing to help the sport for the future of the sport. I do not want to see anyone cheat or cheat this sport. For that reason I am willing to consider taking blood as close as 14 days prior to the fight, as long as, my opponent does the same, and it is not a lot of blood, just enough to test.”

“I do not want anyone having an unfair advantage where someone may get hurt. I am willing to do my part to help this sport out.”

It would appear one competitor in what will surely be the most lucrative prizefight in boxing history has compromised and is on board. But it remains to be seen if the other, much more evasive character has the confidence to take the big risk.

It also remains to be seen if HBO and Golden Boy would be willing to finance a “Floyd Mayweather World Tour” which would consist of of a bunch of meaningless handpicked opponents such as Matthew Hatton, Nate Campbell and or Paulie Malignaggi.

Thanks for the article but how does it change anything I said? Anyway, I just finished reading some post you made where you implied that Ali calling himself the Greatest is why he fell ill with Parkinson's. You're a pretty low-life individual. Go chat with someone as disgusting as you are.

I am not going to debate whether or not the bloodtest had an affect on Manny for that fight I am not him so I don't know. I know it doesn't bother me at all in anyway.

What I have never understood though is if it affected him so much why in the post fight interview right after the fight Manny talks about the gloves and socks and days after the fight he mentions the bloodtest. I mean IMO I would brought that up first before the gloves and the socks. It seems like after a few days he made up a better story for his performance in the fight. Not saying that is the case but is how it looks in MY EYES.

re

Maybe because he didn't want to make excuses at the time and he was ASKED about the gloves.. not about testing making him weak.

But then in an interview on a Philippines news channel the interviewer ASKED him what was up with testing so close to the fight.. not trying to make excuses for him just stating facts so maybe people will see it different in THEIR EYES lol.

Oh and yeah

@horge my questions have been answered sort of but at the same time not really. All that article shows is his stance is what the rest of the worlds is.. "why not take the test if you're clean"

i was looking for something more.. was just wondering if he made any other comments
He didn't just use the blood making him weak excuse when the steroids issue came up. He said it in an interview in the Philippines when he went back there after the fight.
YOUR POINT IS MOOT. PERHAPS HE WAS WEAK WITHOUT STEROIDS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T TAKE THEM IN FEAR OF GETTING CAUGHT BY THAT TEST AND HE SAID IT AS AN EXCUSE TO AVOID TAKING THAT SAME BLOOD TEST AGAIN.

Blood test do have some side effects on some people and most prevalent among teens. Adults also have reported some side effects such as

•Fainting and falling
•Sweating and chills
•Stiffness in joints
•Stress
•Nausea and convulsions
•Tingling sensation in lips or nose

These side effects are of temporary nature and subside in a day or two. what amazes me really is why they insisted doing the test on Pacquiao the day before the pac/morales fight. That question still lingers in my mind up to this day.

In the military, as part of community service it is normal for enlisted personnel to donate blood. I have witnessed some physically fit soldiers fainting after bloodletting. Some complain of stiffness in joints for a day or two. Most though don't show any significant side effects.

If Pacquiao says he is affected by it, I don't have any reason to doubt him.
Donating blood and taking a tea-spoon of blood for drug testing is a big difference. When you donate, they take quite a bit out of you. This is simply a drug test for crying out loud.

It's not steroids Pacqiuao takes. Pacquiao takes HGH. That is why he refused the blood tests and made excuses that supposably they make him weak. He knows that unlike urine tests, blood tests can reveal that he has been taking HGH.
