Bute vs Kessler in 2011 ?

Here is an interesting document belonging to Bute's clan. We can see several potential opponents for Bute mentionned and the degree of possibility of a clash with them.

Puts things in perspective also... It appears that people like Sartison, whom a lot of people say would have been a better fight than Magee, aren't even available.


One name that stands out is Kessler.

I would looooooooooove to see that one. Kessler is coming off one of the best wins of his career, if not the best. When he comes back, and if he does, he definitely deserves to fight a title holder after a little tune up.

I believe Bute would dominate him, maybe knock him out.



I hope Kessler settles his issue with double vision that allows him to drive so that they can get it on. Bute vs Kessler after Magee, then the winner vs the Super six winner, I can't think of a better scenario.

Anyway, It should be a good fight and Kessler would test Bute's chin and his toughness. Bute's speed and movement should win him this fight though. I'd pick Bute by UD....116-112 in a good fight.

he has become quite sloppy, although it was enough to edge out Froch

So Sartison is not available?

My french is slightly rusty, but I thought the document says that he IS availbale, but that Bute wont pay what he demands. It's not like a negotiation. Bute just dont wanna pay.

PS: I dont get why some would think Bute can KO Kessler. He has never ever been down let alone knocked out. Whereas Bute has been KTFO and on ***** street courtesy of lesser punchers than Kessler. That aside I think that would be a great fight. I hope Kessler recovers although there's still no improvement with the eye.
