Actually I thought a draw was apt to the Hopkins/Pascal fight. I had Pascal winning 2 rounds, combined with the 2 knockdowns = DRAW.

Carl Froch comfortably beat Pascal. Hopkins drew with Pascal.

Not to mention Froch also has strong wins over Abra and Dirrell.

Therefore Froch > Hopkins by quite a big margin.

Carl Froch W 12 Jean Pascal > Bernard Hopkins D 12 Jean Pascal

Just thought I'd point that out.

Rationally speaking, Froch *must* be rated above both BHOP and Pascal. And considering Chad Dawson was rated by some a top5 P4P.

It would seem rational to have Carl Froch somewhere in the middle of a top10 P4P list.

I am not even a Carl Froch fan. Just pointing out the ignorance in some people hyping up Hopkins VS Pascal (it wasnt even a win, and besides, Froch beat Pascal wayyy worse)
Rationally speaking Mikkel Kessler should be rated above Carl Froch.

Froch should be in the top 10 p4p

Dirrell, Pascall, Abraham > Peterson, Holt, Campbell

No he shouldn't, its based on body of work, Kessler only has that one win in the last 3 years.

He beat Froch head to head. He took away his zero like he took away Andrade's zero and Sartison's (who's the 'regular' WBA champ today).

Kessler's competition in the last 5 years compares well to any fighter p4p.

Well thing is. Carl Froch didn't beat Dirrell, any dumbass could see that was a hometown decision. I'll agree that Froch beat Pascal more clearly... but Hopkins schooled Pascal, and if it weren't for those knockdowns it would have been a way more impressive win than Froch's.

Froch is the best SMW in the world after he brutalizes Ward.

Out of everyone Pascal has fought, only one man has beat him CLEARLY.

Its not the legendary Bernard Hopkins...

Its not the unbeatable Chad Dawson...

Carl Froch is the one and he should be ranked higher than those other 3 guys.

Even though Froch lost to Kessler, his resume is still way better. Kessler was good but his resume compared to other elite fighters ain't much, in other words a typical euro fighter. Andrade was a good win... But Sartison who? That win shouldn't even be mentioned, Sartison is a euro bum.

Froch has a very impressive run that's for sure. Regarding Kessler consider this:

                      Siaca, KO'ed (WBA champ)
Mundine, UD in Sydney (future WBA champ)
                      Lucas, KO'ed (former WBC champ)
                      Beyer, KO'ed (WBC champ)
                      Andrade, UD (undefeated no.1 contender)
Sartison, KO'ed (undefeated future WBA champ)
                      Froch, UD (undefeated WBC champ)

                      Not bad.
