Manny's in cruise control till lil floyd comes out from under his bed, plain and simple. Dude has done more in the sport then I think even he or roach could ever have imagined. But the weight and fight terms will also be a factor, as will the following.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is coming off a win
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
* And at JMW, Manny will not fight anybody at all

Also, two more things will be heavily factored in when weighing up Pac's legacy.....

1.) There are question marks over EVERY SINGLE PACQUIAO FIGHT dating back to before Morales

2.) the freakish weight gain, 15lbs of muscle in less than 18 months, and then subsequent refusal to submit to random blood testing

There comes a point where all the mvp's and championships don't matter to an athlete, he's just done so much it all blends in together. I'd buy a Manny/Martinez fight...hell yeah. But then again that's just inviting another catchweight fight.

Martinez is currently comfortable at MW. Arum and Roach would demand a 150lb catchweight for Martinez....and Martinez would most probably enter the fight unhealthy and dehydrated....exactly like DLH.

Then the criticism will only get worse after Manny pummels him and once again proves styles make fights (speed kills size).
