It was of no secret that Pacquiao was going to discuss his future in the prize ring with Arum and Roach as well as his agent Michael Koncz and while nothing is official it seems likely that we will see him defend his WBO welterweight crown against Shane Mosley on May 7th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

doesn't look like he would kill Shane

Manny pumped his breaks against Marg....a dude who called him a "Puto" ....Shane is gonna shock the world...BUT if he's in some kind of trouble and Manny sees him vulnerable...I doubt he'd go for the kill

      I disagree.

I mean, we don't know how much Mosley is shot.Sure it ain't prime but...

He looked like **** against Mayweather and fought a draw with Mora.
BUT, Mayweather is an undefeated P4P artist and Mora is a 6 ft akward middleweight.

The Mosley who fought Mora would still KO and drop Margo (Manny didn't).

Mosley ain't no joke, ask Mayweather who had a walk on ***** street thanks to Shane.Ask Mora who get his ass kicked in my opinion.

To take nothing away from Manny's hard work ethic, can we please say something about the double-standard that exsists for his 'performances' against the opposition Top Tank has given him? Berto gets criticism for fighting apparent walking trees, but Pac's beating of Clottey was an "amazing performance"?? I remember when Ali would fight someone like Jean-Pierre Coopman- well, I wasn't alive then, but I've read about it- and he was not given credit, given that the guy he fought wasn't throwing punches. People like Clottey did absolutely very little, so how impressive was it to beat him?

Pacquiao should fight who brings in the most money. Hes already done things in the sport that no one else has ever or will ever do.

Exactly.. when your the cash cow and PPV attraction at this point of Pacs career, who ever brings in the most dollars is the logical choice.. Thats just the business of boxing.. Pac should be allowed to do this at this stage of his career as with all the other fighters who have done it in the past..

Agreed, but to the *****s Pac hasnt done much considering he has fought Marg, Cotto, Clottey, Hatton at his dominant weight, and made DLH quit..

*****s aint gonna be happy til Pac stops the K brothas..

At this stage of his career, Pac should do whatever he please.. Let the haters hate..

But no, im not being sarcastic, im being factual. Whoever Manny fights, he will get credit, and lots of it. His last 2 fights show this. Do i agree with this? Absolutly not. Is it the sad truth? Absolutly.
, you think you're more knowledgeable because of the p4p thread I made?

I love it when dumb people think they're smart.

It bothers me more to see Pac get another name on his resume that would have given him all he could handle and more in his prime. I hate seeing old stars become stepping stones. Hopefully Pac is smart enough to leave before some young guy gets to beat him up by time he is a shell of his former self.
