Like i have always said in close fights, you cannot claim robbery in close fights, the knockdowns certainly helped Pascal. Robbery? no chance

That judge was an *******...

IMO there was only one legit knockdown in the fight and that was in the 3rd i believe.The first one was not a knockdown,Bernard was clearly hit in the back of the head.

It was definitely a close fight. But for a hometown favorite like Pascal to lose on 1 scorecard and draw on the other two basically means he LOST!! Like Germany and the UK, Canada has the worst home-cooked judges, refs and doctors. A DRAW IN YOUR HOMETOWN EQUALS A LOSS ANYWHERE ELSE!

Remember when Pascal said Hopkins fights dirty? lol I didn't see Hopkins do any dirty or borderline Tricks in this fight. He just flat out outboxed, outworked and out fought him.

Except B-Hop didn't ruin the careers of Roy Jones, Glen Johnson or Oscar De La Hoya after they fought. Pascal should be okay because he didn't get beat up as badly as those other guys. Plus, it's unlikely that Pascal will meet a guy with Hopkins' crafty style ever again.

It's not just about getting beaten up, they simply aren't the same afterwards.

B-hop gets to you, and can undo years of good work and preparation. People badly underestimate the mental aspect of this sport. Hopkins takes young fighters into deep waters, places they haven't been, and it can affect them. Pascal started going into his shell in that fight.

I will make the call, after a rematch, Pascal will never get back to where he was before the first fight.

we all saw the fight and we all have our diffrent opinions, which is great but at the end the judges scored it the way they saw it. regardless it was a great fight i.m.o. and maybe a rematch can be done( big maybe)

Props to Hopkins, hell of a fight even thou the guy is almost 46....Hopkins got the fight, for sure, but just like any american boxer fighting in foreign countries, the will always favor their own, the only problem is that the win from Hopkins was so obvious that they couldnt cover up by giving pascal the win, so they had to go for the draw. Pascal face said it all after the fight.
