The lot of you have been spouting that crap for years.

What fight makes more money and business sense? Pacquiao-Raheem? Pacquiao-Morales?

Again, so many of you loved to scream and shout, "This is a business first",

but get upset when Bob Arum is doing his job as a promoter, which is to make the best money fights possible.

Why the sudden change in attitude?
Pac was the one being hailed as something special b4, because he didnt care so much about money, so why would it matter? He fights for the people, remember? Truth is, 99% of the boxers are about money including Pac, the difference is, FMJ doesn't have a PR guy there telling him to act like he "fights for the people".

Pac and Terrible took tuneups before a rematch
      it wasn't a tournament
Velasquez wasn't getting a Morales fight if he beat Pac that night
this "Pac ducked Raheem" shit is funny
Pac didn't even fight at 135 until July 2008

Pac fought the guys Floyd wouldn't though, and beating them in spectacular fashion.

        So again,

why the sudden change in attitude about "boxing is a business"?

I can't imagine the rage that will be voiced when JMM fights this same Eric Morales four years later. People are going to shred Marquez and wonder why he isn't fighting one of the "young lions" at 140. I really feel sorry for him.

Oh wait. That's what happens to Pacquiao only. Here is a thread about Pac cherry picking a guy three years ago, but Marquez is going to fight the same guy four years later and we won't hear a peep. No boycott, no *****ing.

People are so furious about Pac fighting Mosley, but Morales makes Shane look like Saul Alvarez.

Is Marquez a top draw? According to you *******s he isn't. So why do you care who he fights? Unless it's Pacquiao, you shouldn't be talking about Marquez.

What I don't understand is the clamor for a Pac-Zahir was only given now. The only issue for the rematch not happening then was that interest was lessened since Morales lost. Scribes were even asking for a Morales-Zahir rematch just so Morales stock will increase and also to see where was Morales now in terms of boxing mileage.

I cannot recall any news then asking for a Pac-Zahir. If so, can anyone point to a source. This Zahir hype, IMO, was just unfairly brought out by the slick AA argument. Nothing more than that really.

In the past 5 years, hes 12-0 with 7 KOs.

                    Pretty entertaining for the people.

                    So, again I ask,

why is it not ok for Pacquiao to fight for his best monetary interests?

                      lmfao

these clowns talking so much but wasn't even following boxing back then.

morales , at the time , was the bigger star than pacquiao , nitwits.

pacquiao had to concede to morales demands. it wasn't until after the 3rd fight that pacquiao had leverage over morales.
wasnt following boxing backthen? mother****er I was competing in national tournys back then. **** outta here. my point was that its no excuse why he didnt fight raheem over morales besides money and revenge. not because of weight. **** outta here fatboy
