I seriously doubt there was any bribery involved. The only thing I can think of GBP having done is selecting Cortez knowing full well that his style of officiating suits their preferred fighter's style of fighting and not his opponent's, which isn't illegal.

it was as if cortez had his own agenda in there - 1)to allow minimal inside fighting 2)to keep the fight at distance as much as possible 3)to constantly harass maidana and effect his performance ......... i just wander how much he was paid

Maidana shows his class with these comments and i agree with everything he said. Hes not crying robbery, just complaining about the ref who seemed to treat him unfairly like everyone else knows.

Yeah i noticed that maidana atho took more punches looked very clean after the fight while khan looked like he got hit by a truck. People compare it to margarito cotto but i think it looked more like chavez taylor. As for the running i disagree. Khan fought a great fight and backtracked when he was hurt, something anyone would do. I was rooting for maidana but am still proud of my boy

I have a feeling maidana might not be the same after that fight. He cant keep absorbing punishment like that, lets enjoy him while he lasts because it wont be long.
