Roach is a great trainer. I think a great offensive mind, but his fighters are hittable. I think he should of went with Roger or Sr. since we all know he is chinny. He wont be as exciting as he is now, but he has all the tools to be a great counter puncher. Plus, it would be good for his longevity in the sport.

I disagree, now while Roach is a fantastic trainer, a great teacher, and an even better strategist, he isn't the greatest defensive trainer. However, Khan cannot start learning how to slip and slide, duck and weave all of a sudden under the tutelage of Mayweather , he'd get KO'd! Look at Ricky Hatton, he should just learn to keep his hands up and have a tighter guard, learn to avoid uppercuts, and how to move around the ring better. I think Ariza is a fantastic conditioning coach, Khan used to have a chin made of wine glass, now it's pretty sturdy. Look at Pacquiao, he was getting KO'd by much smaller men, now he can take Cotto and Margarito's best. I cannot agree with that.

a trainer can only do so much, its up to the fighter once he gets inside the ring. im sure roach doesnt tell his fighter go in there and get hit just make sure u hit them back harder. im sure roach went over with his fighter on how to avoid getting hit but like i said its up to the fighter to determine on how he perform.

The Mayweathers aren't interested. They just come across as self-involved. They would not have helped Amir.

Roger Sr is a terrible trainer. He doesnt understand boxing the way a trainer should.

Just look at what happened to Hatton.

Roger Sr like his son is just all mouth and no brains.

Khan will continue to rise under Roach.

Actually there are pictures of Amir hitting the pads with Roger.

And Yes, I do believe Amir should have stuck with either Roger or Floyd Sr.

They would have improved his defense immensely.

Just like Hatton improved under Sr?

Only a moron will believe that.

I know he went to the Mayweather's. And that tells us all we need to know.

I just don't believe they would have helped him that much or looked after him in the way that he basically needed to be. He'd have been stuck in the desert, and he'd have showed up to the gym and there would have been no one there. I can just imagine it.

Asked about Amir Khan Mayweather pretended not to know him.
