Assuming he beats Judah/Presscott then fights the winner of alexander vs bradley i would see little reason to stay around the division, it would be a quick move up but having unified the division i can't see any challengers for him, unless he just wanted to wait around

I like the fact that he wants big fights and is willing to go up...he's showing he's got heart and determination

i wouldn't be surprised if khan went to 147 because he LITERALLY Looks like a natural welterweight.

i don't see how the guy makes 140......

          Good Move.

Beat either of the two, move to 147, "maybe have a tuneup" and then Mayweather.

          That's how I think it'll go.

thats a lot to ask without taking a loss but at least he has the right mind frame. if he can get by the bradley alexander winner he should go to 147 get himself comfortable with a tune up & then take on the big dogs.

but again, its a hard task.

That's the word on the street,it was 10 oz gloves from what I've heard..TBH it really does not matter Maidana is a big puncher and Khan took some serious shots..I just would want to see him and Bradley with 8oz gloves with no Cortez..

Amir did fight with 8 oz gloves.

The Nevada rules are that if you fight at 140 you must wear 10 oz gloves. But Maidana requested 8 oz gloves and Amir agreed.

this would make sense. i think 8oz gloves help khan more than they hurt him. speeds up his punches. but those reebok gloves gotta go. lol, pass that along to him wazza.
