I still don't rate his chin. Khan was mostly getting hit in the face rather than the jaw, if he gets caught on the jaw again i'm pretty sure it's 'lights out' for the night. He can take some good shots but not on the chin. Khan was rocked horribly in the 10'th and barely made it back to his stool.

hard to understand the confidence when ur own trainer states he almost stopped the fight. all khan showed is that he can run very well, but his chin is exactly what we think it is, which is not much. that being said khan won enough early rounds to win the fight but when a champion loses the championship rounds of a fight, while nearly getting koed, should tell you that greatness is not around the corner. but khan still gets a heroes welcome in a fight in which he was exposed yet again but i guess its hard to expose a chin nobody had faith in to begin with. would like to see a rematch without joe cortez involved but it will never happen since khan barely escaped on saturday. but be proud khan fans, he ran his way to a victory like a true champion should lol

i'd pay money to see any of the people on this or any other thread that say he hasnt proven he has a good chin after that fight to take the same shot from maidana and see how it feels. perhaps when they come out of the hospital from concussion and a broken jaw they can tell us whether or not they still think he has a chin. idiots!
martinez threw a similar shot against williams and the dude had a 2 minute lie down with his eyes wide open and thats pound for pound the same deal. khan was rocked sure, like mayweather was rocked against mosley, like tyson was against bruno but rocked don't mean ****....you gotta put a man on his ass and for him to stay there if u wanna win a fight for sure. otherwise everytime u stick ur arm out and it hits something it counts.
