I give Khan props for his victory; there is no denying that he withstood a beating in the later rounds.

IMO, had Khan NOT landed those two body shots early in the 1 (or 2nd) round, I believe Maidana could've generated more power from his shots and hurting Khan a little earlier. Maidana never recovered fully after those shots. So, I believe Khan got away...with that victory, nevertheless, he still fought hard and earned it.

His chin is waaay better than we thought it was.

The guys not giving his chin no credit need to watch his early career. Willie Limond fight especially. The Gomez fight also. And of course the Prescott debacle. He didn't have chin at all.

He has grown into his body and obviously has strong legs. He can hold a shot now. Before he couldn't hold a shot.

Without exaggeration the Khan that fought Willie Limond would have been KO'd within 30 seconds against Maidana around which point Maidana landed a solid hook.

He proved that he can run like the wind, against an overrated slow puncher who can't box or defend to save his life. But somehow this assclown will take barely beating maidana and turn it around like he just beat a prime ali !!!

His chin is alright but what he showed was survival skills and heart moreso than a good chin. If he had a good chin he would have taken Maidana's biggest shots and not been rocked that bad but he was rocked pretty severly i feared he might go down in the 10th round.

No doubt his chin is miles better than at 135 but i wouldn't call it a good chin, props to him for surviving the round/rest of the fight smartly though.

Maidana is a feather fisted boxer, thats why Khan survived those punches. I think Alexander is the only one at 140 that can KO Khan.

He proved that he and Casino Joe Cortez, can kick ANYbody's ass. He also proved that a hurt, post 8th round Maidana could tap his weak ass chin and make him dance like Judah.

Something tells me Amir's favorite aftershave is Windex.

feel he would have been dropped had Cortez not intervened as much as he did. at some points Khan was completely turned around. Where they DO THAT AT???

Watch that tenth round again and you'll see he could have held a lot more than he did.

Wrong, Wlad Klit has the worst chin in boxing. Khan's been KO'd once against somebody he should have out-boxed. Wlad's been KO'd several times by people he should have out-boxed.

Khan's chin was awful at 135. Now it's average. He's well conditioned and is making weight comfortably.

Nobody at 140 hits harder than Maidana, those shots he landed would have stopped most 140-pounders. What Khan lacks in terms of his chin, he makes up for with heart.

Don't forget Maidana was wearing 8oz gloves, the JWW norm is 10oz gloves, and if you take into account that Maidana was in the shape of his life, it could be said that Maidana was hitting harder than he ever has. Khan still survived.

Tim Bradley and Devon Alexander cannot hurt Khan like Maidana did.

And Khan's chin is only going to get better as he moves up in weight.
