What i mean "kill" is pac and mayweather would give a fatal blow to mma. But not necessarily would close down mma. Heck the environmentalists almost did wrestling but still people watch that crap. What i mean kill is more people would turn their attention to boxing than mma after they meet. "What's this hype about this two best guys in boxing meeting each other in their prime?"But not necessarily "close" down mma. That's just a form of expression like pbf "imma whoop his ass" but he isn't really touching the other guy's ass don't he? I mean he might do what ellerbe does to him but not inside the ring coz that willl be against the rules right? "No hitting below the belt ' and the ass is basically below the belt, right? Same as "kill":form of expression. Get it? I expect you don't so there's no point for exaggeration'.

Either way, your point makes no sense. You're talking as if MMA got all its fans directly from boxing and now boxing is on a mission to try win them back like you have this sad little war going on in your mind. Sure there are probably some fans that stopped watching boxing and picked up MMA but i highly doubt that some monster PPV from boxing is going to make people completely abandon watching MMA the same way the UFC didn't come along and take all boxing fans away.

Both sports are going to live on. When/if Pac-Floyd comes along it will be HUGE!! No doubt. But even if the next UFC PPV is the very next weekend it's still gonna pull big numbers as long as it has recognizable names, as it will always do. So as much as I hate to destroy your dream of UFC withering away and becoming a mere side-show, it's not going to happen. But don't worry because thankfully as you said things are looking up for boxing and we're all being treated to some great fights.

However as i've read your previous posts I suggest you stop making fun of "**** mma" as you called it and take a look in the mirror yourself son. Anyone who sees two men grappling in a sport and thinks "two guys passionately caressing each other on the mat" has gotta be a **** imo

Last night alone was better than anything the UFC had to offer all year. Strikeforce's card a couple of weeks ago was pretty good, though.

Pacquiao/Mayweather would kill MMA for a night but what about afterwards? There are alot of great fights in boxing but by far the biggest fight is Pacquiao/Mayweather. After that what is left to keep the casual fan entertained?

The UFC is every where because they put themselves out there and are one brand. Boxing can't do what the UFC is doing because the promoters are too greedy to share. People are constantly complaining of spending 50-60 dollars for a main event. They feel ripped off because the undercard fights are ****ty one-sided mismatches and then if the main event ends early that it. At least with a UFC card you are going to get your moneys worth because they are going to show interesting fights and may have a couple of title fights in one card. Now a days every champion in boxing wants to be the headliner.

The last thing is if you don't like MMA then don't watch it and don't order it if you are gonna go in with your mind made up that you are not going to like it. I follow both sports and it gets tiring see how MMA wants to kill boxing or boxing wants to kill MMA. Who cares? You are not going to change anyone's mind by calling it gay or boring. People are still going to watch it and the UFC is still going to sellout arenas around the world. MMA and boxing are not going anywhere so get used to it.

The UG(mixedmartialarts.com) - "Boxing is dead"

Boxing Scene - "MMA is dying"

                    STFU!

I love martial arts and personally love MMA but I like boxing too. I like Combat Sports, neither sport is dying and actually the only beef between these 2 are the fans.....

Boxing is a discipline of MMA......

Nick Diaz trains with Andre Ward..........

Andre Ward is friends with Uriah Faber.........

                    Sugar Ray Leonard watches MMA......

                    Mike Tyson watches MMA........

                    Gilbert Melendez watches Boxing......

                    Etc......

                    ****ing swear cats are insecure.....

I'll take your word for it. But like i said i didn't mean boxing would literally kill mma,it's just a form of expression. Oh after pac-may rising stars like saul alvarez would make a name for boxing in the future and other great matches on the making
But i'm pretty sure boxing's on a good momentum right now. They're on a roll so let's just enjoy the moment while boxing's on fire. Hope it will never last.
