This fight reminded me of the time De La Hoya ran from Trinidad the last couple of rounds in their figth. This should have been a draw. Now roach will avoid Maidana and will not grant him a rematch.

Not yet, Tim Bradley is still the man at 140.
nope khan beats both alexander and bradley he is to long it will just be like the paulie fight but more competitive. he will have a harder time with alexander. khan and maidana are the best at 140 no question

Let's be real here, that shot in the 10th was a wild desperate swing from a demoralised fighter. At that point Maidana was the one that looked out on his feet, but that one punch changed the fight and Khan did well to survive it. That's what power can do, but I don't think for one minute that Maidana deserved the decision.

JMM vs Katsidis was stopped while Katsidis was still on his feet by a MUCH BETTER referee, and he wasn't taking nearly the amount of punishment as Khan took. Why didn't Cortez stop this fight? Oh yeah thats right, cause Amir Khan is the next "Golden Boy" and no one wanted to ruin his image right?!

Bull****. Maidana was the only one looking to fight. He proved hes the only one with the balls. Thank the boxing gods for fighters like Maidana...otherwise we'd have a bunch of track runners in the ring who dont wan't to fight each other.

Yeah, but Bradley also hasn't been hurt multiple times like Khan. And I've never seen Bradley fall apart at the end of the fight.

If your a Khan nuthugger that's fine. But really, don't talk out of you ass as if you know 100% that Khan would beat Bradley.

                    wow

some of you guys are just hating to the fullest right now..the kid got hit and came back to show you that he could take a shot by beating the crap out of one of the hardest punchers in boxing today..he droped him with a body shot and boxed his ears off and won at least 8 round clearly by making maidana look like an amateur..and there was a point taken off for elbowing.. for you people that think maidana won or a draw?? just dont watch boxing anymore..khans only mistake was not going to the body throughout the fight because then i think he would have stopped maidana in 10 or less..now i just wana see khan and the winner of bradley-alexander

even tho i picked khan 2 win i was dissappointed in how he did it he started off fantastic boxing and goin 2 the body then he tried 2 show off throwin 8 punch combinations wasting energy and wasnt even affecting maidana then once he feels maidana's punch he starts running more and just throwing flurries it reminded me of watchin hector camacho throw then run 2 the other side of the ring it was super annoying, then he gets caught while maidanas tired and punching wildly and practicly gets ko'd on his feet but luckily maidana has bad conditioning and was able 2 escape with the win but if it were an old school 15 rounder maidana woulda got him sooner or later!
