    Was this a Knock down?

While Spinks slipped about 8 times in their fight, this one (out of them all) looked to me like it was a knock down.

Should this have been scored a knock down?

I would have scored it a KD.

Funny that those who have voted no haven't said why it's not a knock down.

Funny thing is the official scoring in this fight were

            117-110, 114-112 (both for Spinks) and 114-114.

If this knock down would have counted (as it should have) I think it would have been a draw, or an SD for Mayorga.

There were also two instances in the fight where points were taken away from Mayorga on very suspect calls.

It does not look like a legitimate knock down. Spinks was of balance and got pushed.

                  1) It's a knock down, not a knock out.

                  2) Being off balance doesn't mean you get a knock down waived off (see Roy Jones dropping James Toney)

                  3) Where is this push you're talking about?

Mayorga's other arm is moving away from Spinks as the body shot that drops him lands.

Pretty weak post on your part.

                    1. I mistyped. Surely, I meant KD.

                    2. No it does not.

                    3. His "punch" looks like a push to me while Spinks is being off balance.

                    4. I do not give a rat's ass.
