1. Pac's last 2 fights were at 147 and 150lbs
2. Pac has WBO Welterweight and WBC Lightmiddllweight belt
3. JMM doesnt have a belt or a single fight at 140
4. Pac got some flak for 150 cathweight againts Marg. Now JMM is asking him to go down?


5. Pac will ultimately decide and i dont think he'll approve 140.

Pac only agrees to the weight that advantages him. He wants JMM to move up to the 147 limit, when he wasn't willing to do it against Cotto or move upto 154 against Margarito.
