Simply put, no he's not. People say he'd beat Pac, no doubt. People say he'd beat Floyd, more than possible. People say he'd dominate the middleweight division, who could disagree. No one (as far as I've seen) is saying he's a top 10 ATG like they r with a certain other fighter who doesn't deserve it. He's rated right where he belongs. The top middleweight, and top jr middleweight in the world.
