Cotto-Margarito and Martinez-Berto in the Spring. The winners face eachother as do the losers in the fall.

Sounds like a great lineup to me.
    Not a bad idea either.

Martinez is doing that because there are no credible challengers his size. Seriously who is there for him to fight that's the same size?

It was very pleasing to read about this last anouncement of progress between you and Lewkowicz of matching the winner of Cotto-Margarito with S.G. Martínez this indicates that appart from being an economic genious you are also a considerate and wise person. If you and Mr. Lewkowicz are true to your words and this fight comes to fruition both you and Mr Lewkowicz but especially you will get the respect of many Puerto Ricans, Mexicans, Argentinians, and fans in general. I hope this fight gets made - it will definitely be a huge event and an economic success!!

TR staff? you sound like one... my apologies if you aren't.

            Sounds nice.

Cotto/Margo is the fight to make. Winner gets Martínez is icing on the cake.

Winner of Cotto/Margo vs Martínez gets Pac at 154 would be awesome.

hell no. martinez is picking on WWs cause he's looking for paydays. if he wants to get WW paydays, then maybe he should get his ass to WW. if he can't, then he should just forget about it.

What if cotto loses to Marg, will the fight still happen in sept
Thats a tuneup in which Michael Angel might not even be favored in...

Folks we might see a Sergio-Tony II, 11 years later in the Fall for the MW belt IMO...

sturm should be a big fight for martinez in germany. sturm sells out pretty good over there. he won't get USA mainstream exposure, but he'll get paid and he'll get mad props for whupping sturm in germany.

Also DiBella is in no position to have his top 2 fighters fighting each other... That wouldn't be a smart business decision by any stretch for a Mid level Promoter...
