1.) Manny Pacquiao is a coward for claiming to be an 8-division champion, and yet being too scared to EVER fight an actual JMW oppenent.

The question was, why did Pacquiao refuse a reasonable catch-weight request from the LW Marquez, when he himself has used catch-weights on several occasions?

The question was about boxing integrity, and Koncz answered "Manny makes the rules".

If JMM is the main attraction, fighters would agree to any of his demands including catchweights so they can get a payday.
