How is pac ripped at the weigh in at 145?...

Surely when you put on 15lbs of water, you're not going to seeminly be as ripped as you were...

But now, he is even more ripped at 145lbs than he was at 130lbs... I think it is noticeable that at welterweight, that isnt just his walking around weight, he is lean muscle at 145 now...
Ripped at the weigh in or not?

At the lower weights, he was way more ripped.

He is more muscular now, in terms of size though.

    He has more definition.

    More body fat IMO.

Did you see him during the De La Hoya fight? I think the idea that he was weigh more ripped in lower weights is false.

So in this case, manny has more lean muscle than Oscar, and manny was the bigger guy. Oscar was the taller guy. But boxing has weight - not height - classes, and manny was the bigger guy.

now, just as we acknowledge that manny is going into the ring at X pounds disadvantage against cotto or margarito, we must acknowledge that manny was fighting naturally smaller guys in the Mex 3:

          four pound advantage on Marquez

          six pound advantage on Barrera

          five pound advantage on Morales

          We agree?
          Nice........................

                I do drain myself, actually.

I am somewhat OCD with my weight.

I have had a 6 pack disappear in a matter of 2 days with water weight.

He came in pretty good shape for De la Hoya yes I agree though.

However, he may have trained very hard because it was his first step up after bum Diaz.

I don't think he was as ripped, but definitely still defined and bigger.

Hey its just what I think. Get over it.

Some think hes clean. Some think hes not. I fall in the latter category.

I see, well if you go down to 5% body fat like most boxers and don't eat and drink much, sweat away on treadmills, then look after yourself. Not eating and losing weight makes you lose some muscle, but you probably know this anyway

When you dehydrate, a lot of water disapears from certain areas and go to vital parts of your body. Even dehydration causes brain cells to die.

16lbs will make anyones body not look so toned. I also feel that when Pac use to go in the ring VS people, his body is no where near weigh in shape.
