You can take EPO within 7 days and mask it before the post fight drug test shut up. That would be like the Olympics telling athletes there would be a 7 day cutoff, you know how much doping would go on? It's called random testing for a reason, it's not called I make my own cutoff testing.

NSAC urine tests don't even detect EPO, HGH and synthetic roids.
Performance enhancing drugs is a huge problem in boxing and the UFC.
