Um, because the USADA testing is more stringent. They test both blood AND urine. There are things that can be found in the blood that can't be found in urine.

manny never said he agree to the blood testing with no cut off. he said he'll agree to it if theres a cut off date and no test on fight night but right after the fight they can test him all they want. so answer me, why is this not good enough. would a guy agree to have his blood drawn right after the fight if he's truely dirty???
