The USADA report currently circulating around various media outlets revealed that both fighters were tested a total of seven times including one for blood and urine after the fight, but the most telling of which were the April 12 & 13 cutoff dates for blood tests conducted on Shane Mosley and Floyd Mayweather, Jr. respectively which were about +/- 18 days before fight night.Comment

wtf do you call the 18 day days if not cutoff?....what made them sure shane or floyd did'nt take anything whe they did'nt even test?.....yeah, them not knowing when theyd get tested guarantees that, sure.....the **** you think the public is , ******?..lolThere was NO CUT OFF! They didn't test them within 18 days, but they were perfectly entitled to, therefore the fighters couldn't take anything as there was a risk they could be tested 15 minutes later! The possibility of tests coming at anytime means nobody will be caught, because they won't take anything, which is even better than a fighter being caught!Comment

yeah like when Castillo fought Mayweather the first time. it was a ROBBERY. and Manny is way way way way better than Castillo. thats why Floyd is scared. Manny has a better footwork, way better speed, way better combination and way more powerful in both hands. think what Manny can do against FLoyd. MURDER!!!Comment

“We chose not to test for blood closer to the fight than we did because there was no need to do so. But, of course if we had some sort of su****ion that meant that we need to do more tests, let’s say 5 or 4 days before the fight, then we certainly would have done it. And that’s why that option is such an important aspect to having a good program. It’s a deterrent for the fighters.”is that the best you can come up with to defend the 18 day cut off?.....thats insulting peoples intelligence......what guratee did they have shnae or floyd did'nt use in that time frame?....none, they just assumed they did'nt use...
