Some people are complaining about Pac fighting Cotto or Margarito again...
I don't have a problem with rematches! Robinson fought Lamotta 5 times, Ali-Fraizer 3 times, Leonard-Duran 3 times etc
My only beef is that Pacquiao is not making any effort to make a third fight with Marquez and he's not giving any of the fresh meat like Berto any oppurtunities... I blame Manny for that and blame Floyd for not calling out Pacquiao and chooses to hide out in oblivion. Yes, he's got a court case and he's got ATTORNEYS to take care of it...that shouldn't stop one from working!
As far as im concern, Bob Arum is doing what he is supposed to be doing as a greedy promoter.
Manny may not be a promoter but he has every right to (and should) take part in who he fights next and has the star power and money to call the shots!
In my opinion Manny has too many chefs in his kitchen. Too many people that lack any boxing acumen speak for him and make decisions for him. At this stage in his career Manny should listen to one man, with the same attentiveness he gives Freddie Roach's corner instructions, HIMSELF.
Rematches are okay but you also got to give the young talents a chance.

dude your totally missing that a rematch is needed when thefirst encounter coldve gone either way. when its a one sided ass whupping of a washed up guy like most of pacs encounters, theres absolutley no rematch warranted, I mean lamotta and robinson fought 6 times because all the fights were very very close and they had beaten everybody around and there was no-one really left to fight so they fought each other. but nevertheless the fights were very very close. having a rematch with cotto or margs ,u may as well rematch diaz or hatton, its utterly pointless and ridiculous . nobody with a brain would pay for garbage like that. theres so many other top fighters that deserve ppvs, and attention besides pac, pac is becoming a joke .pac and arum are holding boxing hostage with pure greed ******ity,shmalessness and cowardice. stand up and send a message dont buy pacsnext fight. williams martinez is ppv material, jmm katsidid is ppv material, pac vs any of his last 5??? thats a ripoff and a slap in the face.

I have a hard time believing that Pac would agree to fight Cotto or Margarito again. Both fights Pac was practically begging the ref to stop the fight because he didn't want to hurt them anymore. If he somehow does then **** Pacquiao! Would be done supporting him!

I can't believe there are ppl out there who still believe that team Pac wanted anything to do with Mayweather. Mayweather shot himself in the foot, i might add, by requesting the blood-test. The smartest thing for Floyd to do now is to accept the seven day cut-off and watch team PAC jump off a cliff, because the only reason they say they accept seven day is because, after the Mosley fight, Floyd wanted it all the way. Yes, OST, was an escape route for Team Pac; they never wanted any thing to do with Floyd...all the media spins were just smokescreens so they can move on to their real plan.
